How it works

Two ways to work with HEXIBII.

Option 1

Apply for a collaboration

  1. Send your applicationApply through Shopify Collabs with your profile and contact details.
  2. Check our fitWe review how your audience and content align with HEXIBII.
  3. Agree on the detailsDiscuss the product, timeline and collaboration terms.
  4. Get the creative briefWe share product information and hero-shot references.
  5. Create 2 original videosFilm the product in your own style.
  6. Get your link & publishOnce approved and enrolled, sign in to Collabs to get your unique affiliate link and add it to your videos.
  7. Earn commissionOur standard commission is 10%. Any individual partnership terms are agreed before you publish.

Option 2

Buy and share

For eligible Collabs creators in the US, UK and Canada. No HEXIBII application is needed for open access.

  1. Check access & buyConfirm your Collabs eligibility before buying a product to feature.
  2. Create your own videosShow your experience with the product.
  3. Get your link & publishIn Collabs Discover, find HEXIBII, select a product and choose Get affiliate link. Add it to your videos.
  4. Earn 10% commissionEarn on qualifying referral sales through Shopify Collabs.

Product cost refund7+ referral orders

Reach 7 qualifying referral orders, then request a refund of your original product purchase. HEXIBII reviews requests in monthly batches.

How to request your refund

Email admin@hexibii.com with your original HEXIBII order number and Collabs profile.

We verify referral orders tracked in Collabs after their 30-day holding period, excluding canceled or fully refunded orders. Requests are reviewed once a month; we’ll email you the outcome and refund timing.

The refund is based on what you paid for your original product purchase. It is handled separately by HEXIBII and is not a recurring bonus for every 7 orders.

You earn sales commission from your first qualifying referral order. The 7-order target applies only to the product purchase refund.

Strong-performing partners may qualify for enhanced commissions and paid collaborations. We agree on the terms individually before each collaboration.

Commissions have a 30-day holding period. Payouts follow Shopify billing and require creator payout setup. Product purchase refunds are handled separately by HEXIBII.
